Imagining how to control this anguish in me

  1. I see my self getting anoyed @small things.
    Self realisation needed to be done .
    Ways how can i say things without showing anguish:
    1)say with smile or joke
    2)control yourself by you saying to you just relax,take a minute to relax and keep silence.
    3)say to self now get yourself cool start AC within you.
    4)now i shall be able to control anguish and find things easy.

  2. i agree, These are the very nice ways....as per my in this type of situation while we see our self getting annoyed at small thins,at that time we just need to change our one thought only JUST think/say ALL IS FINE EVERYTHING IS OK.... (not just once but we have to think/say again and again).
    BY this habit what will happen, we will be able to charge our self to face that situation and also we can think in a positive way. really its work using it i am able to find things easy..
